A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to Sparrow’s Nest Charity. Sparrow’s Nest is a
501(c)3 charity whose mission is to cook and deliver homemade meals to families facing a
cancer diagnosis in Dutchess, Putnam and parts of Orange, Ulster and Northern Westchester
counties. Founded in 2012, the charity feeds an average of 300 people each week; more than
2,000 individuals since its inception.
In addition to delivering homemade meals to families each week, Sparrow’s Nest offers added
services designed to relieve the daily burden of caring for a young family while struggling
through the uncertainties of cancer. Services include our Supplemental Food Program, Camp
Sparrow Program and our Aftercare Program.
We are very happy to be working together with such a great organization and having the
chance to highlight the skills and devotion of all those who are a part of our Fred Astaire
Family!
