Do I need to provide my own insurance?


We require your vendors provide a certificate of insurance (COI) that covers your vendors. The certificate holder should be listed as 32 Cannon St LLC. We required no less than $1M combined single limit liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage. Such insurance shall name 32 Cannon St LLC as additional insured. COI with the endorsement must be provided thirty days prior to the event.




How much does it cost to have a wedding at Revel 32?


It depends on the details of your event and how many hours or days you will need the space. We would be happy to discuss your event details and provide a price for the venue. Please fill out our contact form and provide as much information as possible. Since each event is unique the venue fee will vary. We will be happy to schedule a call to discuss your event. How large is your space?


Revel 32 is 20,000 sq ft total.. Depending on the details of your event may determine which spaces if not all are appropriate for your event.




What is the capacity for Revel 32?


We can accommodate up to 200 for a seated event with a dance floor and up to 500 people for a more cocktail style event. We will be happy to discuss your event in detail to help determine how the space could work best for your event.

Smaller weddings also work great in our space. You can have the ceremony, cocktail event and reception all in one space.




Are there any restrictions on vendors I use?


No, we are happy to host a wide variety of vendors at Revel 32 so long as they agree to follow our house policies and provide us with proof of insurance where required. We are proud to provide you with recommendations of our preferred vendors in our area.




Can I bring my own caterer for a wedding?


Yes, we have a catering kitchen with the following equipment for your caterer to use.




Does the building have heat and AC?

Do you have tables and chairs?


YES!




Do you have AV Equipment?


Not at the current time.




Do you have WIFI?


YES!




Is Revel 32 wheelchair accessible?


We are working on making it to be.




What about parking for wedding guests or private event attendees?


There is metered street parking and municipal parking in several locations close by. Valet parking can also be arranged.




Are there hotels in the area?


There are many hotels in the area that provide group discounted rates.




Will there be a staff person from Revel 32 on the day of my event?


Yes. Our Event Sales Coordinator or one of the owners (or both!) will be onsite throughout most of your event. This person will work with your private event coordinator or designated person to answer any questions and help with any last minute needs. They will circulate throughout the event to act as the venue’s primary point of contact for event guests and to answer any venue-related questions, provide general assistance and oversee the property. Revel 32 staff is not responsible for planning or cuing the details of your event.




Do I need to hire a day of coordinator?


We require a professional day of coordinator at minimum. If a planner or coordinator is not submitted 3 months prior to event date Revel 32 will supply one at an additional fee starting at $1,800.
